Cruise Lines

Summary:

Since 2022, Nordic Bench has annually investigated the 14 largest Cruise Lines in the Swedisk market. Every year, roughly 3,500 Swedes are asked which Cruise Line they have used in the past year. In the survey, in the same way as in other surveys, the customers can indicate the degree to which they feel they can recommend the Cruise Line they have traveled with to others.

In other words, the ones at the top of the NPS chart below are the ones you should use when choosing.

Net Promoter Score, NPS

In the list on the left, you can see which NPS rating customers give to the various Cruise Lines they have traveled with during the last year. The scale goes from - 100 to + 100. A negative recommendation value is normally a bad rating that says the company has a very large percentage of dissatisfied customers and very few would recommend them to others.

We can recommend the four highest-rated cruise lines on the left. Other cruise lines need to work and improve their product before we can recommend them.
